Do you ship software on disks?

No, because we sell only digital downloads, but you’re able to burn own disk with downloaded file.

When will I get the purchased key?

All software is delivered digitally.

This means right after purchase you will be provided with a license key and download link in 2 hours if keys available in store. Or we will send it in next 12 hours if keys are out of stock.

As we send the key and URL via e-mail, please make sure you have entered correct and working email address.

If the key is out of stock, when I will receive my key?

In case the product key(s) is out of stock, we will send the key(s) to you in next 12 hours.
